What to expect on our walks
When you arrive, I will be there to welcome you and say hello. If it's your first time and you are anxious, just let me know.
I'll introduce the walk and set off together at a gentle, comfortable pace. Some people chat, some prefer to listen, and some simply enjoy walking alongside others. There's no pressure to talk or share anything personal.
If you need to slow down, take a break or step away for a while, that's absolutely fine. You can leave at any time if you need to.
Our walks aren't about fitness or how far you can walk. They're simply an opportunity to get outside, meet other people and spend some time together.
Come as you are. There's no need to be nervous about getting it "right".
