What to expect on our walks
When you join one of our walks, you will be met with a warm, friendly welcome and a group of people who understand that life can feel challenging sometimes. Our walks are led by someone with lived experience of mental health challenges, so you will be walking with people who truly “get it.” There is no pressure to talk, share, or join in more than feels comfortable for you. You can chat, listen, walk quietly, or simply enjoy being outdoors. There is no judgement, no expectations, and no need to pretend you are okay. Come as you are—you, your anxiety, and all your worries are very welcome here. 💚
